Website Content: All text, imagery, and content on this website are owned by JLF or our credited photography partners. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written permission.
-
Accuracy: Website information is for general guidance and may be subject to change at any time. JLF reserves the right to amend pricing, descriptions, or store policies without prior notice.
2. Ordering & Payment
-
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment portal, as well as phone payments. Orders are processed in British Pounds (GBP). If ordering from outside the UK, your card provider will handle currency conversion.
-
Order Processing: Dispatch or delivery of products will only take place once full payment has been authorized and received.
-
Contract Completion: The legal contract between you and JLF is finalized upon dispatch or attempted delivery of the items.
3. Products, Seasonality & Substitutions
-
Natural Variations: Flowers and plant materials are natural, seasonal products. As a result, exact colors, varieties, and stem counts may vary slightly from website imagery.
-
Substitutions: All orders are subject to fresh market availability. If a specific flower, container, or packaging item is unavailable, JLF reserves the right to substitute it with a fresh alternative of equal or higher value, matching the original color palette and aesthetic style.
-
Peony Seasonality Note: Peonies are available seasonally (typically May–June). Outside of these months, peonies will be substituted with high-quality pink roses.
4. Deliveries
-
Risk & Responsibility: All goods become the risk and responsibility of the customer or recipient once delivered to the specified address or safe place.
-
Delivery Attempts: We aim to deliver on your requested date. Deliveries are attempted once. If the recipient is not at home:
-
A card or message will be left confirming the attempted delivery.
-
The arrangement may be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbor at our driver's discretion based on local conditions.
-
-
Redelivery: If a re-delivery is required due to an unsuccessful attempt or incorrect address supplied by the sender, an additional delivery fee will apply.
-
Incorrect Information & Refusals: JLF cannot be held responsible or issue refunds for failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses, or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
-
Timed Deliveries: Timed delivery slots are not available for standard bouquet orders (excluding wedding and funeral florals), unless explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Quality Guarantee
-
Cancellations: Orders cancelled prior to preparation or dispatch may be subject to a small administrative fee to cover processing costs.
-
Perishable Goods Exemption: Under UK consumer law, fresh flowers and perishable goods are exempt from standard statutory cancellation periods once dispatched.
-
Quality Reporting (24-Hour Window): Fresh flowers require proper care (cutting stems, fresh water, using floral food provided). If you or the recipient experience an issue with the quality or condition of your arrangement, you must notify Jane Lawrence Flowers within 24 hours of delivery via email at
